Feature requests

We don't have an endless amount of content, so posting every week isn't ideal. It would be great if we could queue up all our "customer testimonials" posts, but have them post on the first Monday of each month or every two weeks, etc. That way we could automate a year of posts, instead of 3 months with just 12 posts.

It would be great if CS is integrated with the project management platform ClickUp!

Publish content from ContentStudio to Wix.

Publish content from ContentStudio to SquareSpace.

Add the approval feature, or a workflow, to the blog/website accounts.

Exporting competitor analytics for presentation during a Strategy Development session would be immensely advantageous. Alternatively, granting us permission to access the analytics module for review would also be greatly appreciated.

It would help to see a chart of specific data points overtime, similar to the Reach across platforms chart, but for all the stats (followers, page views, page reach, page comments, page shares, total posts, post engagement, post likes, post comments, post shares, post clicks, engagement rate). Would also help to be able to set if we want to see it across days, weeks, or months.

Could you please add the ability to have a note repeat every year?

It would be helpful to have the ability to bulk import a list of Planner Notes using a CSV upload. The CSV file could include columns for: Title Description Date Start Date End Visibility Color Repeat (YES/NO) Repeat Every (in days)

It would be great if we could have the ability to track mentions of our pages/brands online, so we could address any issue that might happen on the spot.

Option to download a PDF of scheduled content posts to send to external clients who aren't technically savvy

Adding a feature like National days dates (attached image) to the calendar view of the planner will help many content creators stay up date and plan ahead to post engaging content that is trending with the hashtag of that day.

The post/blog editor is the ideal place to compose marketing emails/email newsletters. Integration with Mailerlite, Mailchimp, Sendfox, ActiveCampaign etc (to enable you to publish to your ESP directly as part of a campaign for example) would amplify the value of ContentStudio massively.

It would be great if we can see the hashtags insights. For example, which hashtags is actually bringing the reach to that particular post, how many people clicked on the hashtags, etc.

Would like to be able to edit after posting a social media post.
