  2. Need all the analytics downloadable in- 1 Click

Instead of going with each social medias one by one and exporting the PDF of the analytics separately, can you please do something to put as a "button" where somebody can just click on that button export PDF and then all the social medias Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Pinterest, Google My Business profile, all of their analytics will be downloaded as "1 PDF"? It's highly important. Please add this feature.

  3. Colab/tag should be up to 5 not 3

I'm not sure if this is an API limitation; however, when using the cellphone, we can add up to 5 people to colab, while on contentstudio is only 3.

  4. Social Listening

It would be great if we could have the ability to track mentions of our pages/brands online, so we could address any issue that might happen on the spot.

  6. Email Marketing Integrations

The post/blog editor is the ideal place to compose marketing emails/email newsletters. Integration with Mailerlite, Mailchimp, Sendfox, ActiveCampaign etc (to enable you to publish to your ESP directly as part of a campaign for example) would amplify the value of ContentStudio massively.

  7. API and/or webhook

Hello! please kindly develop a generic webhook and/or API so we can integrate ContentStudio onto any CMS / frontend display. For example you have the integration with Wordpress, Webflow, Shopify - I want to display ContentStudio feeds on another CMS / front end. Thank you so much

  8. API for scheduling posts

It would be super for companies like us that have their internal custom applications to create their posts. We can connect it to ContentStudio with your API. Right now we need to create the same posts on your dashboard as well.

  11. @mention or tag people AND companies on LinkedIn

It appears that one can tag companies but not people. This would be very helpful.

  12. Add the option to insert a link when publishing Stories through the platform.

Currently, the platform supports publishing Stories on social platforms, but there is no option to add a clickable link (like a swipe-up or link sticker). Adding this feature would allow users to drive traffic to external websites, products, or campaigns directly from Stories β€” a key feature for marketers and businesses. The link should be configurable during story creation, just like on native platforms.

  13. Automatic Image Resizing for Social Networks and Post Types

Introducing automatic image resizing, which ensures that your images are perfectly adjusted for different social networks and post types. This feature saves time and ensures your content looks great across all platforms without needing manual resizing.

  14. Sort Saved Captions by Name

Saved captions today seem sorted by last created - it would be much more helpful to sort by the name - and even more helpful to have sorting options.

  15. Automatically Switch Status from β€œIn Review” to β€œDraft”

I’d like to suggest a feature that would allow posts with the status β€œIn Review” to automatically switch back to β€œDraft”—especially in cases where we want to tweak something or realise we forgot a detail after accidentally sending it for review. Right now, once a post is submitted to β€œIn Review,” there’s no automatic or quick way to revert it back to β€œDraft.” Our current workaround is to duplicate the post and delete the one in review, which takes extra time and isn’t ideal for efficiency. This feature would make the workflow more flexible, reduce manual steps, and save time for teams managing content revisions.
