  1. Hashtags Insights

It would be great if we can see the hashtags insights. For example, which hashtags is actually bringing the reach to that particular post, how many people clicked on the hashtags, etc.

  5. Google Looker Studio integration for reporting

Google Looker Studio can create analytics dashboards for websites. It'd be helpful to be able to add social data from Content Studio in to allow the creation of a dashboard of all digital activity (it's possible to connect some email and advertising services already via third-party add-ons).

  7. @mention or tag people AND companies on LinkedIn

It appears that one can tag companies but not people. This would be very helpful.

  8. Better/more detailed analytics and CSV exporting

Currently, we get to view the Top 5, 10 or 15 posts under the "analyze" dashboard, and only export as a PDF. However, as someone who manages multiple channels, and with an interest that goes beyond wanting to know just the Top 5, 10 or 15, it'd be great to have ALL of the posts from the selected time period (whether 30 days, 90 days or more). Furthermore, it'd be great that when we clicked on them, we could also click to go directly to the post itself, and be able to interact with the comments from directly inside the Analyze dashboard. Currently, the stats are static, and if we want to get to that post, we have to get there some other way. Lastly, it'd be great to be able to add extra columns to the report (specifically, tags and categories so that we can arrange by those too), and to be able to export as a CSV file.

  9. Update tagging options for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

The tagging option often does not pull up relevant accounts so I have to go back into the social platform itself and manually tag. When typing '@' all of the accounts I follow / follow me should show up as an option.

  10. Customizable Reports

The reporting tool is very helpful, but I’d love to customize how the reports look when we download them. It would be great to remove things I don’t need and organize the information the way I want

  11. Create first comment option from other connected accounts

I believe that having a 'first comment' option from a different account, and not just your own could be great for traction and amplifying posts. I realized that the first comment option is only available for the account that you are posting to which sort of defeats the purpose because it's not often that we want to comment on our posts. If I run multiple social media accounts, it would be nice to add a comment from 'account 1' on 'account 2' social post.

  13. Approval workflow - Pending Approvals & Requested Posts

Two dedicated views to the approval workflow: Pending Approvals gathers all posts waiting for your review, and Requested Posts tracks the approvals you’ve assigned to othersβ€”so you can quickly clear your queue and follow up when feedback is delayed.

  15. Compare to analytics on reports

When we used to use a dedicated Analytics platform, we would always compare to the previous year - For example if we were doing a report for March 1-30 2026, we would set the comparison to March 1-30, 2025 It is a more relevant comparison - season over season. Not saying the previous x day period shouldn't also be an option, but in many cases, this saves us from explaining why the + or minus percentage is less relevant because of a certain event or influence.
