Viewing Your Calendar During Post Scheduling📅

We have improved the scheduling experience with smarter calendar features—making it easier to plan, visualize, and adjust your posts.

Here’s what’s new:

• Scheduled posts overview – See the posts that are already planned for each day while scheduling, so you never overbook.

• Drag-and-drop scheduling – See all posts already planned for a day and simply drag your in-progress post to another date to reschedule without overbooking.

Audio Input in AI Chat 🎙️

Tired of typing long messages? Now you can simply speak to your AI assistant and let your words turn into text instantly. Whether you’re drafting ideas, jotting quick notes, or writing replies, dictation makes it faster and easier than ever.

• Live dictation – Speak naturally, and see your words appear in real time.

• Quick controls – Pause, resume, finish, or cancel recording anytime.

Web app mobile responsiveness

ContentStudio’s web app is now responsive on mobile devices. You can manage, schedule, and view your content seamlessly from any screen, making it easier to stay productive on the go.

Share Calendar with Real-Time Updates 📅

We’ve enhanced the Share Calendar feature with more flexible options.

• Share current view only – Share a static snapshot of your calendar as it appears at the time of sharing.

• Share future content – Share a live calendar that automatically updates as new posts are scheduled or existing ones are changed.

This gives you more control when collaborating with clients or external users—choose between a one-time snapshot or a continuously updated calendar.
