๐ Send Shareable Link Posts via Email
You can now send your posts for review to clients directly via email when sharing a shareable link from the Planner. External users can approve, reject, or comment, and their actions will meaningfully affect the post's status according to defined approval rules.
Hereโs whatโs new:
- Add Email Addresses โ Enter one or multiple email addresses to send your posts directly to clients or external reviewers. You can add several recipients at once, making it easy to get feedback from the right people.
- Request Approval โ Enable this option to mark your posts as In Review. Approvals or rejections from the email recipients will automatically update the post status, so you can track which content has been reviewed without extra manual work.

๐๏ธ Content Category Permissions for Team Members
You can now control which team members can access specific content categories, making it easier to manage workflows and maintain content organization.
Hereโs whatโs new:
- Control Access from Content Categories โ As a category creator, choose which team members can use a category. Removed members lose access immediately, and the category wonโt appear for them anywhere in the workspace.
- Control Access from Team Member Permissions โ Workspace admins can select which categories a team member can use. Changes are applied instantly, and restricted categories are hidden from members without access. Global categories remain workspace-specific.
