Feature requests

For effective analysis, we have to routinely go back to the individual platforms to pull full data. As a nonprofit, we have monthly funder/grantor reports we must file based on a variety of factors, not just what has been the most popular message. Even more so, if the data could be pulled in the form of a custom report capturing only the data we need/want from each platform that would be ideal. A separate suggestion actually relates to function. We need a simple approvals process in order to include additional content contributors on our team. Unfortunately, if the content developer does not check the box to say that the message needs to be approved, the message can be automatically scheduled to post. This has delayed us in extending permissions internally as it could lead to inappropriate message leaks. It would be ideal if everyone, unless the named user was listed as an administrator would be forced to have their message, post or blog entry reviewed.

It would be great to have the ability to set a campaign folder as the source for evergreen posts. That way, you could pre-prep all your drafts and then send to publish via evergreen.

I'd like to see the ability to share a drafted/scheduled post from Content Studio to Slack for a quick team discussion. I know there is a comment/discussion area in Content Studio already but most of our social media campaign planning and discussions are done via chat/team meetings on Slack. Having one platform for communication would be less confusing and more optimal for better productivity! I really do not want to look at a bright white screen at all hours of the day. This causes me to avoid using the application.

Please allow publishing to other video sites besides YouTube like Vimeo, DailyMotion, DTube, Twitch, Utreon, VideosGub, and 9GAG TV.

This would save time for users who prefer hidden metrics, avoid manual edits after posting, and ensure posts stay consistent with account settings — especially helpful for brands managing multiple profiles. It should work by detecting if the “hide likes and share counts” option is enabled on Instagram and applying it automatically to scheduled posts.

Hi! can we please get the feature to be able to have the new Instagram posting size be approved for the ratio we can schedule in. The new ratio is 1080:1440

It would be great if we could have the ability to track mentions of our pages/brands online, so we could address any issue that might happen on the spot.

Adding a feature like National days dates (attached image) to the calendar view of the planner will help many content creators stay up date and plan ahead to post engaging content that is trending with the hashtag of that day.

Option to download a PDF of scheduled content posts to send to external clients who aren't technically savvy

The post/blog editor is the ideal place to compose marketing emails/email newsletters. Integration with Mailerlite, Mailchimp, Sendfox, ActiveCampaign etc (to enable you to publish to your ESP directly as part of a campaign for example) would amplify the value of ContentStudio massively.

It would be great if we can see the hashtags insights. For example, which hashtags is actually bringing the reach to that particular post, how many people clicked on the hashtags, etc.

Would like to be able to edit after posting a social media post.

We don't have an endless amount of content, so posting every week isn't ideal. It would be great if we could queue up all our "customer testimonials" posts, but have them post on the first Monday of each month or every two weeks, etc. That way we could automate a year of posts, instead of 3 months with just 12 posts.
