  3. Google Looker Studio integration for reporting

Google Looker Studio can create analytics dashboards for websites. It'd be helpful to be able to add social data from Content Studio in to allow the creation of a dashboard of all digital activity (it's possible to connect some email and advertising services already via third-party add-ons).

  4. Internal comment using the API

Our workflow uses a lot the internal comments for communication. It would be great to add a comment through the new API so the team can follow the next steps.

  5. "reactions 👍👎❤️🚀" to the comment section

I believe it would be a cool feature, if you could add "reactions" to the comment section for a post or note.

  6. editing posts after publishing on social platforms

Hello ContentStudio Support Team, I would like to know if it is possible to edit posts directly on the social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) after they have been published via ContentStudio. If this feature is not currently available, could you please let me know whether it is planned to be implemented in the future? It would be extremely helpful to be able to make small edits or corrections to published posts without having to delete and repost them. Thank you very much for your assistance! Best regards.

  7. Label level reports: Add top posts by engagement/reach/impressions

When looking at the overview analytics filtered by Labels (and/or campaigns) - can we also be able to see the top posts by impression/reach/engagement for that label. you can do it looking at the channel as a whole but it disappears when you drill down to label. this would be life changing for us.

  8. Social Listening

It would be great if we could have the ability to track mentions of our pages/brands online, so we could address any issue that might happen on the spot.

  10. Email Marketing Integrations

The post/blog editor is the ideal place to compose marketing emails/email newsletters. Integration with Mailerlite, Mailchimp, Sendfox, ActiveCampaign etc (to enable you to publish to your ESP directly as part of a campaign for example) would amplify the value of ContentStudio massively.

  11. Hashtags Insights

It would be great if we can see the hashtags insights. For example, which hashtags is actually bringing the reach to that particular post, how many people clicked on the hashtags, etc.

  12. Queue Scheduling: Add more flexible (biweekly, monthly, every 3 weeks, etc.) options for queue scheduling

We don't have an endless amount of content, so posting every week isn't ideal. It would be great if we could queue up all our "customer testimonials" posts, but have them post on the first Monday of each month or every two weeks, etc. That way we could automate a year of posts, instead of 3 months with just 12 posts.

  15. Please permit the download of full analytics, not just summary information from the most popular posts.

For effective analysis, we have to routinely go back to the individual platforms to pull full data. As a nonprofit, we have monthly funder/grantor reports we must file based on a variety of factors, not just what has been the most popular message. Even more so, if the data could be pulled in the form of a custom report capturing only the data we need/want from each platform that would be ideal. A separate suggestion actually relates to function. We need a simple approvals process in order to include additional content contributors on our team. Unfortunately, if the content developer does not check the box to say that the message needs to be approved, the message can be automatically scheduled to post. This has delayed us in extending permissions internally as it could lead to inappropriate message leaks. It would be ideal if everyone, unless the named user was listed as an administrator would be forced to have their message, post or blog entry reviewed.
