It would be great if we can see the hashtags insights. For example, which hashtags is actually bringing the reach to that particular post, how many people clicked on the hashtags, etc.

Right now you can only customize per channel so if you have a LinkedIn company page and also personal employee pages you cant change the messaging unless you create another post. We all know that the personal pages are more valuable so this should be add ASAP. Thanks!!

It'd be nice to be able to add music to our carousel/ single photo posts on Instragram and Facebook.

Currently, when scheduling a Facebook post in ContentStudio, the time selector only allows scrolling through hours and minutes. This is slow and inconvenient—especially when scheduling a post for a specific time like 12:50, because users must scroll through the entire list of hours and then scroll again through all minutes. It would be much more efficient if we could manually type the time using the keyboard. For example: Type the hour → press TAB Type the minutes → press TAB Use arrow keys to choose AM/PM This would dramatically speed up the scheduling process and reduce frustration for users who schedule many posts daily. A simple text-input option (or hybrid manual-input + dropdown) would solve the problem and make scheduling much faster and more accurate.

Add the ability to select multiple playlists for YouTube on CS

Many of our videos we create as members-first videos by scheduling public release times and the ability for our members to view right away. This option is not available on here and requires me to upload as unlisted or private and then go to YouTube to change to members-only to public.

Allow automations for comments, like comments with key words in posts on FB or Instagram to receive files through DM or use conversational AI agents. Agents could be integrated through API or integrators like n8n, Make, etc.

It would be great if we could have the ability to track mentions of our pages/brands online, so we could address any issue that might happen on the spot.

Option to download a PDF of scheduled content posts to send to external clients who aren't technically savvy

The post/blog editor is the ideal place to compose marketing emails/email newsletters. Integration with Mailerlite, Mailchimp, Sendfox, ActiveCampaign etc (to enable you to publish to your ESP directly as part of a campaign for example) would amplify the value of ContentStudio massively.

We don't have an endless amount of content, so posting every week isn't ideal. It would be great if we could queue up all our "customer testimonials" posts, but have them post on the first Monday of each month or every two weeks, etc. That way we could automate a year of posts, instead of 3 months with just 12 posts.

For effective analysis, we have to routinely go back to the individual platforms to pull full data. As a nonprofit, we have monthly funder/grantor reports we must file based on a variety of factors, not just what has been the most popular message. Even more so, if the data could be pulled in the form of a custom report capturing only the data we need/want from each platform that would be ideal. A separate suggestion actually relates to function. We need a simple approvals process in order to include additional content contributors on our team. Unfortunately, if the content developer does not check the box to say that the message needs to be approved, the message can be automatically scheduled to post. This has delayed us in extending permissions internally as it could lead to inappropriate message leaks. It would be ideal if everyone, unless the named user was listed as an administrator would be forced to have their message, post or blog entry reviewed.

Hey, we need to check profiles for FakeFollowers. Like Modash or Hypeauditor. They determine a fakefollower-score per profile and per account. And, it would be nice: Compare 10 Competitors or Profiles for fake followers or a “Follower Circle” --> Everybody follows everybody without not really the right persons behind the scene.
