Feature requests

This feature would be extremely helpful for pages that publish time-sensitive or promotional content (e.g., limited-time offers). Users could set a specific date and time for a post to be automatically deleted after it goes live, eliminating the need for manual removal. It would streamline content management and ensure outdated posts don’t remain visible.

It would be great to have the ability to set a campaign folder as the source for evergreen posts. That way, you could pre-prep all your drafts and then send to publish via evergreen.

Hello! please kindly develop a generic webhook and/or API so we can integrate ContentStudio onto any CMS / frontend display. For example you have the integration with Wordpress, Webflow, Shopify - I want to display ContentStudio feeds on another CMS / front end. Thank you so much

Sometimes a post you don't expect to be a hit, is a hit! I'd like the ability to go through a report of the most successful posts, and hit a checkbox to select these as now being "Evergreen" so they can be published again automatically at a later date.

At the moment, if I create an evergreen campaign with, for example, 200 posts, and then start it, I only have the options to completely restart the cycle after making some edits to the posts, or choose to only apply the modifications from the next cycle. The problem however is that pretty often, clients ask for various edits, and an option to continue the cycle but with the new edits applied would be very helpful. Right now, me and my team have to manually reorder the posts in the evergreen campaigns each time we have to make any kind of edits.

Most national days happen on the same day each year but when scheduling posts, the system posts on the next available day but does not 'see' that there is already a post ON that day and so skip to the next available day. IS it possible for the system to be more intuitive and if there is something on the day move to the next day in the schedule?

Introducing an intuitive redesign for social account management in the Composer. Easily group accounts by platform, sort them alphabetically, and navigate with clarity. This improved UI ensures a smoother experience, making it faster and easier to select and manage your connected social profiles.

Currently, the platform supports publishing Stories on social platforms, but there is no option to add a clickable link (like a swipe-up or link sticker). Adding this feature would allow users to drive traffic to external websites, products, or campaigns directly from Stories — a key feature for marketers and businesses. The link should be configurable during story creation, just like on native platforms.

It would be great if we could have the ability to track mentions of our pages/brands online, so we could address any issue that might happen on the spot.

Option to download a PDF of scheduled content posts to send to external clients who aren't technically savvy

The post/blog editor is the ideal place to compose marketing emails/email newsletters. Integration with Mailerlite, Mailchimp, Sendfox, ActiveCampaign etc (to enable you to publish to your ESP directly as part of a campaign for example) would amplify the value of ContentStudio massively.

It would be great if we can see the hashtags insights. For example, which hashtags is actually bringing the reach to that particular post, how many people clicked on the hashtags, etc.
