Switchy is one of the most popular shortner and needs to be added as an option for flexibility

When due to adding a workspace or channel the usage is over the subscription limit all users are blocked from the whole application. Running accounts should stay accessible, only the newly added overspending items should be blocked and users that want to access these should receive the change subscription notification FULL FACE. All other users should see to some extend that the account is in danger due to limit reach and notify the "owner" of the main account.

At the moment, the Large Video Agency package has no access to Video AI credits. It would useful to have some of these as part of the package.

This would automate my current process of uploading CSVs manually and could add to the categories through my existing automations. Would also need to be able to use First Comments in the process.

It would be extremely helpful to receive a notification email (opt -in) when all existing content within a content category. This would prompt me to make sure I have proper content allocated and added to the category instead of learning a week later that those slots went without content. Keeps my socials full!

I'm often looking at impact of posts that were with collaborators vs. without - to justify why collaborator posts are important Mention tracking - I'm using minter or iconosquare or brand24 still for the need to track mentions across social profiles so we can expand our analytic story telling on how other people talking about the brand influences success I would love to consolidate my tech stack into one reporting platform.

If videos or photos are changed in platform, allow for the file name to be changed for better seo results.

It would be great if we could have the ability to track mentions of our pages/brands online, so we could address any issue that might happen on the spot.

Option to download a PDF of scheduled content posts to send to external clients who aren't technically savvy

The post/blog editor is the ideal place to compose marketing emails/email newsletters. Integration with Mailerlite, Mailchimp, Sendfox, ActiveCampaign etc (to enable you to publish to your ESP directly as part of a campaign for example) would amplify the value of ContentStudio massively.

It would be great if we can see the hashtags insights. For example, which hashtags is actually bringing the reach to that particular post, how many people clicked on the hashtags, etc.

We don't have an endless amount of content, so posting every week isn't ideal. It would be great if we could queue up all our "customer testimonials" posts, but have them post on the first Monday of each month or every two weeks, etc. That way we could automate a year of posts, instead of 3 months with just 12 posts.

For effective analysis, we have to routinely go back to the individual platforms to pull full data. As a nonprofit, we have monthly funder/grantor reports we must file based on a variety of factors, not just what has been the most popular message. Even more so, if the data could be pulled in the form of a custom report capturing only the data we need/want from each platform that would be ideal. A separate suggestion actually relates to function. We need a simple approvals process in order to include additional content contributors on our team. Unfortunately, if the content developer does not check the box to say that the message needs to be approved, the message can be automatically scheduled to post. This has delayed us in extending permissions internally as it could lead to inappropriate message leaks. It would be ideal if everyone, unless the named user was listed as an administrator would be forced to have their message, post or blog entry reviewed.

Hey, we need to check profiles for FakeFollowers. Like Modash or Hypeauditor. They determine a fakefollower-score per profile and per account. And, it would be nice: Compare 10 Competitors or Profiles for fake followers or a “Follower Circle” --> Everybody follows everybody without not really the right persons behind the scene.
