Feature requests

We don't have an endless amount of content, so posting every week isn't ideal. It would be great if we could queue up all our "customer testimonials" posts, but have them post on the first Monday of each month or every two weeks, etc. That way we could automate a year of posts, instead of 3 months with just 12 posts.

Add WhatsApp to Social Inbox.

Ability to add templates for automation campaigns so that the post goes according to the template.

View Content Categories win the reports/analytics of social post performance. e.g. i am interested in seeing which type (Content Category) of published post has most interactions, shares, etc.. Thanks

Google Looker Studio can create analytics dashboards for websites. It'd be helpful to be able to add social data from Content Studio in to allow the creation of a dashboard of all digital activity (it's possible to connect some email and advertising services already via third-party add-ons).

Currently, we get to view the Top 5, 10 or 15 posts under the "analyze" dashboard, and only export as a PDF. However, as someone who manages multiple channels, and with an interest that goes beyond wanting to know just the Top 5, 10 or 15, it'd be great to have ALL of the posts from the selected time period (whether 30 days, 90 days or more). Furthermore, it'd be great that when we clicked on them, we could also click to go directly to the post itself, and be able to interact with the comments from directly inside the Analyze dashboard. Currently, the stats are static, and if we want to get to that post, we have to get there some other way. Lastly, it'd be great to be able to add extra columns to the report (specifically, tags and categories so that we can arrange by those too), and to be able to export as a CSV file.

Please add details to the phone push notifications so we can see what account and platform we need to switch to prior to opening the notification. We also have many account managers so it would be good for us to see who needs to action the notification without opening it. Noted they we can select what device but we find as we can name the devices this is not working for us.

We use the post discussion a lot - but it is easy for a comment to get lost in the sea of posts. It would be great to have a post discussion tab in the content planner, or a seperate inbox that shows posts that have discussions, sorted in order of the most recent discussion comment. This way, our creative director or account manager can see the back and forth between the client and the content strategist. Currently, I have to have my staff give me a post title or reference and I have to go find it. Also, because we manage so many workspaces, the click to view from email notifications does not go straight to the proper workspace and post discussion that is referenced in the notification

When looking at the overview analytics filtered by Labels (and/or campaigns) - can we also be able to see the top posts by impression/reach/engagement for that label. you can do it looking at the channel as a whole but it disappears when you drill down to label. this would be life changing for us.

Compare performance across time—month-over-month, quarter-over-quarter, or custom ranges—with totals, deltas, % change, and highlights (top posts, channels up/down)

Improve the overall UI and UX of the “download/schedule analytics report” module for a cleaner, faster, and more intuitive experience.

It'd be nice to be able to add music to our carousel/ single photo posts on Instragram and Facebook.

I’d like to request a feature enhancement for ContentStudio to support link previews when adding a URL in the first comment of a LinkedIn post. Since LinkedIn does generate link previews in comments (as shown in the attached screenshot), it would be beneficial if ContentStudio could support this functionality as well. This feature would improve engagement and visibility for links shared in comments while keeping posts cleaner. Please let me know if this can be considered for a future update.

Can you please consider adding a toggle switch for shared links that allows you to turn off the 'reject/approve' and 'comments' ability. This will be helpful when sharing it with clients that you want to keep updated but don't need their feedback.

We often need approval on copy and concept from our clients but the decision of when and where to publish is left up to us.
