Feature requests

For effective analysis, we have to routinely go back to the individual platforms to pull full data. As a nonprofit, we have monthly funder/grantor reports we must file based on a variety of factors, not just what has been the most popular message. Even more so, if the data could be pulled in the form of a custom report capturing only the data we need/want from each platform that would be ideal. A separate suggestion actually relates to function. We need a simple approvals process in order to include additional content contributors on our team. Unfortunately, if the content developer does not check the box to say that the message needs to be approved, the message can be automatically scheduled to post. This has delayed us in extending permissions internally as it could lead to inappropriate message leaks. It would be ideal if everyone, unless the named user was listed as an administrator would be forced to have their message, post or blog entry reviewed.

It would be nice to be able to save full posts to the media library to use in the future. Repeats doesn't help that much because that preschedules them and there are a lot of posts that need to be repeated, but don't follow a formula of "x amount of times every x day/week/month"

Currently, Content Studio allows posting to Threads via the desktop version, but not through the mobile app. This is a major limitation for users who manage their content on the go. Since other social platforms are already supported on mobile, it would be great to have the same functionality for Threads. Adding this feature would enhance flexibility and improve the overall user experience. If you agree, vote for this idea to help bring it to Content Studio’s attention! 🚀📲

Introducing an image editor for AI-generated visuals within the AI powered content library! This feature will enable you to customize images by adding or adjusting text, modifying elements, and applying styles to better fit your brand.

The Mobile App and Chrome Extension are currently limited to the old feature set social media destinations. They should have the same destinations as the web app. This will increase convenience and help uptake of the two add-ons.

I'd like to select whether I use a link shortener or not when I create a post. Right now, I have to choose in my account, and that affects all post creations from that point. I then have to switch back. I don't always want to use a shortener, more often than not, I use the full URL. To avoid this issue, I can disable the shortener on my account and use the Replug extension to create short links as needed. But it's not always convenient. To have a toggle switch in the composer would be insanely convenient. Thank you.

I'd like to see Content Studio autocreate social media posts from articles made from Content Pen or at least offer Content Pen articles as an option in an AI workflow.

when I activate "also share to story" on Facebook and Insta Posts, the images are posted too large into the stories, even if I upload the image with the original Insta size. Both left and right sides are cut of in the story. it would be better to post the images with a width of 1080px, so this problem would not occur anymore.

Instead of having to copy and paste the AI generated hashtags that are generated for the Editor area in the Post Composer, allow them to also be added to the Youtube hashtag area with simple select and click.

Can you open posts that are on the calendar in new tabs? I have tried ctrl + clicking on the post but it doesn't work. Would be great for there to be a way to do this!

workflow-optimization: we handle many social accounts from different clients. when we look at the planned postings, we first select only the accounts we want to see in the calendar - but when we create a new post by clicking on "+" in the days of the calender, we have to select the social accounts again on the left side. It would be great if there was a "automated pre-selection" of the accounts, when I already selected the accounts one step before.

we often post articles with the same collaborateurs on instagram. it would be great if these collaborateurs were saved automatically and are shown in an autofilled dropdown when typing something into the collaborateurs field.

We create all our postings with the Facebook & Instagram location of our company. It would be great if that would be pasted automatically (if set) or if it was able to save favorite locations, so I dont have to search for locations in every single posting.

It would be great if we could have the ability to track mentions of our pages/brands online, so we could address any issue that might happen on the spot.
