The post/blog editor is the ideal place to compose marketing emails/email newsletters. Integration with Mailerlite, Mailchimp, Sendfox, ActiveCampaign etc (to enable you to publish to your ESP directly as part of a campaign for example) would amplify the value of ContentStudio massively.

Add WhatsApp to Social Inbox.

Move your Biolink tool from Replug to Content Studio and integrated an Instagram feed with links in photos. Links in the scheduled posts too.

We have about 20 different departments in our organisation that like to post to our main social media page. It would be really helpful if we could restrict access on an individual basis for team members so they can only post to certain Content Categories. For example, Tim works in the service department so he can only post to the 'service' content category, Cheri works in 'security screens' so she can only post to the 'security screens' content category, and Glen works in the commercial division so he can only post to the 'commercial' content category. Timeslots would be set up using Content Studio's 'Content Category' feature so everyone gets a fair go at posting. Is there a chance this could be added to the Team Member permissions module? Thanks :)

It would be useful to see content category in the preview of the post or even in the calendar without clicking on "edit" button or switching from calendar to feed or list view mode.

It would be great if we could have the ability to track mentions of our pages/brands online, so we could address any issue that might happen on the spot.

Option to download a PDF of scheduled content posts to send to external clients who aren't technically savvy

It would be great if we can see the hashtags insights. For example, which hashtags is actually bringing the reach to that particular post, how many people clicked on the hashtags, etc.

We don't have an endless amount of content, so posting every week isn't ideal. It would be great if we could queue up all our "customer testimonials" posts, but have them post on the first Monday of each month or every two weeks, etc. That way we could automate a year of posts, instead of 3 months with just 12 posts.

Switchy is one of the most popular shortner and needs to be added as an option for flexibility

For effective analysis, we have to routinely go back to the individual platforms to pull full data. As a nonprofit, we have monthly funder/grantor reports we must file based on a variety of factors, not just what has been the most popular message. Even more so, if the data could be pulled in the form of a custom report capturing only the data we need/want from each platform that would be ideal. A separate suggestion actually relates to function. We need a simple approvals process in order to include additional content contributors on our team. Unfortunately, if the content developer does not check the box to say that the message needs to be approved, the message can be automatically scheduled to post. This has delayed us in extending permissions internally as it could lead to inappropriate message leaks. It would be ideal if everyone, unless the named user was listed as an administrator would be forced to have their message, post or blog entry reviewed.

Hey, we need to check profiles for FakeFollowers. Like Modash or Hypeauditor. They determine a fakefollower-score per profile and per account. And, it would be nice: Compare 10 Competitors or Profiles for fake followers or a “Follower Circle” --> Everybody follows everybody without not really the right persons behind the scene.
