    The export to PDF function in Analytics is helpful for generating reports for leadership, but I would also love to have analytics downloadable as .csv or excel file for full analysis and tracking.

    It would be great if we can see the hashtags insights. For example, which hashtags is actually bringing the reach to that particular post, how many people clicked on the hashtags, etc.

  4. Please permit the download of full analytics, not just summary information from the most popular posts.

    For effective analysis, we have to routinely go back to the individual platforms to pull full data. As a nonprofit, we have monthly funder/grantor reports we must file based on a variety of factors, not just what has been the most popular message. Even more so, if the data could be pulled in the form of a custom report capturing only the data we need/want from each platform that would be ideal. A separate suggestion actually relates to function. We need a simple approvals process in order to include additional content contributors on our team. Unfortunately, if the content developer does not check the box to say that the message needs to be approved, the message can be automatically scheduled to post. This has delayed us in extending permissions internally as it could lead to inappropriate message leaks. It would be ideal if everyone, unless the named user was listed as an administrator would be forced to have their message, post or blog entry reviewed.

  5. Add another space in "Schedule option" for adding a second or third date for scheduling post

    Suggestion: The current "Schedule option" feature only allows for selecting a single date and time for scheduling a post. The "Schedule option" should be enhanced to allow users to specify multiple dates and times for scheduling the same post to improve user flexibility and accommodate various content strategies. This would enable users to schedule a single post to be published on a second, or even a third date, perhaps at different times. This enhancement would be particularly useful for campaigns that require repeated exposure on different days or for reaching audiences in different time zones with a single piece of content. Implementing this functionality would significantly increase the value and usability of the scheduling feature.

  7. Campaign & Labels Performance Analytics is buggy

    When trying to review Performance Analytics using the 'Campaign & Labels' option, the report doesn't pick up all of the labelled posts properly. I have double-checked my published posts and confirmed the labels are applied, but quite a few labelled posts are getting missed when viewing my 'Campaign & Labels' report for that specific label and reporting time frame. Thanks!

  9. Add PDF print option in the approval workflow

    When submitting content for approval, allow sender to print a PDF of the content and also permit the approver to print PDF of the content submitted. Financial Services in the U.S. requires that the submitted and approved content reside on each other's compliance systems. Adding this functionality would open ContentStudio to the U.S. financial services industry.

  10. Drag and drop notes in Planner

    I use notes in the Planner as a way to pre-schedule content that we haven't photographed/filmed yet since we can create a post from the note. It would be great to be able to drag and drop them in the same way we do drafted posts in the Planner for quick reorganization.

    when multitasking, is hard to go to the button on the left, if it's minimized, even harder, if it's maximize, it overlaps scheduled posts and you can't see anything on a smaller monitor...

  15. Change Linkedin Icon color to be more distinctive than Facebook in report settings

    When looking at the overlapping chart data, Facebook and Linkedin look the same because the blue is almost the same. Having either a dark blue for Linkedin vs. light blue for Facebook would be easier to read the chart data when they overlap.
