It would be great if we could have the ability to track mentions of our pages/brands online, so we could address any issue that might happen on the spot.

Adding a feature like National days dates (attached image) to the calendar view of the planner will help many content creators stay up date and plan ahead to post engaging content that is trending with the hashtag of that day.

The post/blog editor is the ideal place to compose marketing emails/email newsletters. Integration with Mailerlite, Mailchimp, Sendfox, ActiveCampaign etc (to enable you to publish to your ESP directly as part of a campaign for example) would amplify the value of ContentStudio massively.

We don't have an endless amount of content, so posting every week isn't ideal. It would be great if we could queue up all our "customer testimonials" posts, but have them post on the first Monday of each month or every two weeks, etc. That way we could automate a year of posts, instead of 3 months with just 12 posts.

It would be great if we can see the hashtags insights. For example, which hashtags is actually bringing the reach to that particular post, how many people clicked on the hashtags, etc.

Ability to whitelabel ContentStudio for agencies.

It would be great to have the ability to set a campaign folder as the source for evergreen posts. That way, you could pre-prep all your drafts and then send to publish via evergreen.

Clients get a bunch of emails at once whenever I plan in 10+ posts for the week, so it would be fantastic if it were possible to just send 1 email to give them a link to approve ALL posts.

The media library is in rough shape currently. Enable a dynamic grid view where media is NOT cropped. Publer does this very well. You can see at a glance which media are horizontal, vertical, or square. When media is successfully published, it should automatically be marked as "used" in the library. The library should have filters for used/unused media The library should have some sort of tagging or label functionality to tag images and then filter by tags Since we are limited in upload space, implement an optional feature to automatically delete/archive used media and remove them from the library. When an image is edited in the publishing step (for example, to crop it), do NOT then add a new media item to the library. Now I not only have duplicates in my library, I can't tell which have been used or not, or which orientation they are⦠it's all highly annoying.

Enable users to publish content simultaneously across multiple formats on Instagram. Users should have the flexibility to post combinations such as feed and story, reel and story, or story and carousel at the same time.

Plan content in an editorial calendar weeks/months in advance with team. Article, videos and audio content storytelling maximizes quality of shareable content. Plan ahead what content each team member writes and have and include editor to write it.

It would be very helpful, if we can add Locations on TikTok like we can on Facebook and Instagram. Thank You!

I have noticed a significant difference in engagement between reels and tiktoks which have a popular music or sound added to it. There is no ability to add these sounds through content studio. At the moment the videos uploaded only contain the audio attached to the video.
