Allow users to set up automated custom responses in the Inbox based on keywords. When DMs or comments contain specific trigger words or phrases, ContentStudio would automatically send a pre-defined reply. Key functionality: Define multiple trigger keywords/phrases (e.g., “pricing”, “help”, “support”). Auto-reply with a matching canned message. Manage multiple rules, each firing its own specific response. Bonus: Choose reply type—public comment or private DM—depending on channel. Use Case Examples: A small online shop receives frequent questions like "Do you ship internationally?" — when "international" appears in a comment or message, an auto-reply sends shipping info.A local fitness studio gets DMs asking about "class times" — when "schedule" or "class" is detected, the bot replies with a link to the class calendar.A creative agency gets DMs saying "Are you hiring?" or "job" — when either keyword is found, a reply is sent with a link to current openings or a message about where to apply. This builds on ContentStudio’s current Inbox improvements and planned “AI-generated replies to post comments and DMs” feature in the roadmap , by adding the crucial ability to match and respond based on content context.

Allow automations for comments, like comments with key words in posts on FB or Instagram to receive files through DM or use conversational AI agents. Agents could be integrated through API or integrators like n8n, Make, etc.

It would be great if we could have the ability to track mentions of our pages/brands online, so we could address any issue that might happen on the spot.

Früher war es so: ich klicke im Publisher beim Kalender auf ein beliebiges Datum in der Zukunft- und beim Erstellen des Posts ist dieses datum bereits vorausgewählt. Doch das funktioniert nicht mehr! Seit heute fällt mir auf, dass - egal welchen Tag im im Kalender anklicke - immer nur das heutige Datum angezeigt wird. Nachdem das bisher immer funktioniert hat, gehe ich davon aus, dass das ein Bug ist. Bitte dringend beheben!!

We recently started adding all our "resource" posts to evergreen automations. These posts don't change so it's helpful to have them automated and give out free resources to our followers. We would like to add our PDF carousel posts on LinkedIn to Evergreen automations. Please allow PDF attachments for evergreen automations. Thanks!

Select content categories by social media account to view full schedule with all the content categories for that platform. We schedule our posts 2 weeks in advance and use several content categories. I would like to see all the content categories for each platform to see where I need to add more posts. Right now I toggle them on and off and compare but it's time consuming. Thanks!

When will you add snapchat so i can schedule post on snapchat?

Enable businesses to involve their employees in content distribution by allowing them to share approved company posts through their personal social media accounts. This would help brands expand organic reach, improve visibility, and build greater trust through employee-driven promotion. An employee advocacy program can turn team members into brand ambassadors while giving companies more control over what content is shared and how it is distributed across networks.

Option to download a PDF of scheduled content posts to send to external clients who aren't technically savvy

The post/blog editor is the ideal place to compose marketing emails/email newsletters. Integration with Mailerlite, Mailchimp, Sendfox, ActiveCampaign etc (to enable you to publish to your ESP directly as part of a campaign for example) would amplify the value of ContentStudio massively.

It would be great if we can see the hashtags insights. For example, which hashtags is actually bringing the reach to that particular post, how many people clicked on the hashtags, etc.

We don't have an endless amount of content, so posting every week isn't ideal. It would be great if we could queue up all our "customer testimonials" posts, but have them post on the first Monday of each month or every two weeks, etc. That way we could automate a year of posts, instead of 3 months with just 12 posts.
