It would be great if we could have the ability to track mentions of our pages/brands online, so we could address any issue that might happen on the spot.

Keyword‑Triggered Auto‑Replies for Messages & Comments
Allow users to set up automated custom responses in the Inbox based on keywords. When DMs or comments contain specific trigger words or phrases, ContentStudio would automatically send a pre-defined reply. Key functionality: Define multiple trigger keywords/phrases (e.g., “pricing”, “help”, “support”). Auto-reply with a matching canned message. Manage multiple rules, each firing its own specific response. Bonus: Choose reply type—public comment or private DM—depending on channel. Use Case Examples: A small online shop receives frequent questions like "Do you ship internationally?" — when "international" appears in a comment or message, an auto-reply sends shipping info.A local fitness studio gets DMs asking about "class times" — when "schedule" or "class" is detected, the bot replies with a link to the class calendar.A creative agency gets DMs saying "Are you hiring?" or "job" — when either keyword is found, a reply is sent with a link to current openings or a message about where to apply. This builds on ContentStudio’s current Inbox improvements and planned “AI-generated replies to post comments and DMs” feature in the roadmap , by adding the crucial ability to match and respond based on content context.

Please permit the download of full analytics, not just summary information from the most popular posts.
For effective analysis, we have to routinely go back to the individual platforms to pull full data. As a nonprofit, we have monthly funder/grantor reports we must file based on a variety of factors, not just what has been the most popular message. Even more so, if the data could be pulled in the form of a custom report capturing only the data we need/want from each platform that would be ideal. A separate suggestion actually relates to function. We need a simple approvals process in order to include additional content contributors on our team. Unfortunately, if the content developer does not check the box to say that the message needs to be approved, the message can be automatically scheduled to post. This has delayed us in extending permissions internally as it could lead to inappropriate message leaks. It would be ideal if everyone, unless the named user was listed as an administrator would be forced to have their message, post or blog entry reviewed.

Critical Issues with Mobile Approval View
Problem Description: The mobile viewing experience for content approvals is fundamentally broken. It is impossible for our clients, who approve content primarily on their phones, to properly review posts. Attached are client's concern. Specific Issues: Multi-Platform View: Content is automatically cropped or scaled down, making it unreadable. Zoom Function: Does not work correctly. Images remain cropped or too small when zoomed. Video Playback: Videos are either cropped or play in a tiny window, preventing a proper review. Business Impact: This causes extreme frustration for our clients. It creates significant delays in our workflow. This single issue is forcing us to find another platform. Required Action: Fix the mobile approval interface. We need a functional, full-screen review mode for all content types. Without a solution, we will be forced to migrate.

Geo-targeting for Facebook & LinkedIn
I need to be able to geo-target my organic posts on both Facebook and Linkedin. Is this possible?

Drag and drop draft posts
One of the most frustrating shortcomings of the planner is the inability to drag and drop drafts, when you are taking a long term view of the type of content you want to put out during the month. If you can drag and drop a scheduled post, it makes sense to be able to do this with any draft, whether it's a Post or a Blog piece (or another suggestion I would add) a manual post like a Poll on Linkedin, which cannot be automated on the API, and has to be done manually. At least this way you can plan your polls ahead of time and then just copy and paste the content, and have it all stored in Content Studio with your other more automated content pieces. This would be a massive win for you, and users, in my view.

Re-schedule published campaign
it would be great if we could re-schedule existing campaigns. For instance, I have a campaign to promote for a certain workshop, 3 months later I want to promote the same workshop. It would be nice when I did not have to recreate the whole campaign, just edit some little things and reschedule

API and/or webhook
Hello! please kindly develop a generic webhook and/or API so we can integrate ContentStudio onto any CMS / frontend display. For example you have the integration with Wordpress, Webflow, Shopify - I want to display ContentStudio feeds on another CMS / front end. Thank you so much

See the posts from a category in a list
Please improve the content categories to allow us to see the posts that are assigned to a category, in a list with a thumbnail preview, title and description and a button for approved/ unapproved.

Hashtags Insights
It would be great if we can see the hashtags insights. For example, which hashtags is actually bringing the reach to that particular post, how many people clicked on the hashtags, etc.

Queue Scheduling: Add more flexible (biweekly, monthly, every 3 weeks, etc.) options for queue scheduling
We don't have an endless amount of content, so posting every week isn't ideal. It would be great if we could queue up all our "customer testimonials" posts, but have them post on the first Monday of each month or every two weeks, etc. That way we could automate a year of posts, instead of 3 months with just 12 posts.

Media Library overhaul
The media library is in rough shape currently. Enable a dynamic grid view where media is NOT cropped. Publer does this very well. You can see at a glance which media are horizontal, vertical, or square. When media is successfully published, it should automatically be marked as "used" in the library. The library should have filters for used/unused media The library should have some sort of tagging or label functionality to tag images and then filter by tags Since we are limited in upload space, implement an optional feature to automatically delete/archive used media and remove them from the library. When an image is edited in the publishing step (for example, to crop it), do NOT then add a new media item to the library. Now I not only have duplicates in my library, I can't tell which have been used or not, or which orientation they are… it's all highly annoying.

Better Canva Integration
What I do is I create the graphics in Canva first then export it into my other social media calendar program. Publer does this very well. Content Studio doesn't have this feature. They have a Canva button which opens up the Canva editor and nothing more. We still have to take steps to export it out of Canva then upload to CS, which is time consuming. While Publer and Metricool, they simply export it into the media folder and its there. No need to export and import like what I do with CS. Please make a true integration with Canva so we can easily import it into CS's media library.
