  1. Streamline token expiry alerts & reconnection workflow

Revamp the token expiry workflow to ensure users receive clear, consistent alerts across all modules (Composer, Inbox, Analytics, etc.). Make the reconnection process faster and more intuitive to minimize disruptions in posting, syncing, or data updates.

  2. National days Feature in The Calendar

Adding a feature like National days dates (attached image) to the calendar view of the planner will help many content creators stay up date and plan ahead to post engaging content that is trending with the hashtag of that day.

  3. Email Marketing Integrations

The post/blog editor is the ideal place to compose marketing emails/email newsletters. Integration with Mailerlite, Mailchimp, Sendfox, ActiveCampaign etc (to enable you to publish to your ESP directly as part of a campaign for example) would amplify the value of ContentStudio massively.

  5. Dark Mode

I really do not want to look at a bright white screen at all hours of the day. This causes me to avoid using the application.

  6. Make.com Integration or API release

Please release your API or enable a make.com integration. It really hinders our workflow not to be able to connect a lot of things.

  8. Backend Pause Button for Profiles

I would like to be able to pause profiles to prevent any posts from going out for them. This will allow profiles to be temporarily paused without having to unschedule each campaign or post. Plus, the posts will not be hidden in the planner under "Partially Failed" and can still be kept visible. This will be useful for large-scale users who need to pause posts for certain clients. For example, if a hurricane prevented the business from operating for a month. Currently, we have to remove the profile completely (and lose our campaigns and existing posts) or remove the profile from every campaign in which they are included. A simple ON/OFF button in the "social accounts" section of workspace settings that prevents any post from publishing to that profile if set to off.

  9. Integration with Unsplash

It would be great to be able to access Unsplash directly from within the draft post interface. Competitors to ContentStudio have the integration - would be great to see it in ContentStudio too.

  10. When limits are reach only show the add more Workspace/channels etc) only to admin or billing users.

When due to adding a workspace or channel the usage is over the subscription limit all users are blocked from the whole application. Running accounts should stay accessible, only the newly added overspending items should be blocked and users that want to access these should receive the change subscription notification FULL FACE. All other users should see to some extend that the account is in danger due to limit reach and notify the "owner" of the main account.

  12. Social Listening

It would be great if we could have the ability to track mentions of our pages/brands online, so we could address any issue that might happen on the spot.

  14. Hashtags Insights

It would be great if we can see the hashtags insights. For example, which hashtags is actually bringing the reach to that particular post, how many people clicked on the hashtags, etc.

  15. Queue Scheduling: Add more flexible (biweekly, monthly, every 3 weeks, etc.) options for queue scheduling

We don't have an endless amount of content, so posting every week isn't ideal. It would be great if we could queue up all our "customer testimonials" posts, but have them post on the first Monday of each month or every two weeks, etc. That way we could automate a year of posts, instead of 3 months with just 12 posts.
