  1. Social Listening

It would be great if we could have the ability to track mentions of our pages/brands online, so we could address any issue that might happen on the spot.

  2. Keyword‑Triggered Auto‑Replies for Messages & Comments

Allow users to set up automated custom responses in the Inbox based on keywords. When DMs or comments contain specific trigger words or phrases, ContentStudio would automatically send a pre-defined reply. Key functionality: Define multiple trigger keywords/phrases (e.g., “pricing”, “help”, “support”). Auto-reply with a matching canned message. Manage multiple rules, each firing its own specific response. Bonus: Choose reply type—public comment or private DM—depending on channel. Use Case Examples: A small online shop receives frequent questions like "Do you ship internationally?" — when "international" appears in a comment or message, an auto-reply sends shipping info.A local fitness studio gets DMs asking about "class times" — when "schedule" or "class" is detected, the bot replies with a link to the class calendar.A creative agency gets DMs saying "Are you hiring?" or "job" — when either keyword is found, a reply is sent with a link to current openings or a message about where to apply. This builds on ContentStudio’s current Inbox improvements and planned “AI-generated replies to post comments and DMs” feature in the roadmap , by adding the crucial ability to match and respond based on content context.

  3. Facebook / Instagram Ads

I would like to have an integration of the facebook/instagram ads. Especially reporting of reach and interaction, CTR. etc. for ad-campaigns.

  4. Add Content Category to Permissions

We post to hundreds of social accounts (under their own separate workspaces) each week, so we use the Content Category feature. However, only our HQ team (aka our Admins and Super Admins) should have the ability to post to everyone's profiles. Collaborators being allowed to schedule to the category (and unintentionally post to hundreds of Facebook profiles) can be (and has been) a huge problem.

  5. Add ability to Subscribe to my own calendar to the Publisher Calendar

We have a company calendar with our events that we share with the public would be great to be able to subscript / show this in the planner calendar within Content Studio Then I can see when I am creating content the events I am publishing Rather than having to keep switching between my own calendar app and the content studio Calendar i.e. add function to subscribe to multiple calendars within the Publisher Calendar have ability to choose colour for each of these calendar subscriptions - doesn't need to support edit / update would be good to have a refresh button - so updates made outside can be synced.

  6. Include a few keywords from posts in emails seeking approvals.

All of your emails look the same when my client receives them. There is no way to differentiate between posts and it causes confusion.

  7. Multi-level approval system

I’d love to suggest a feature that would really streamline our workflow, a multi-level approval system for scheduled social posts. Ideally, this would allow us to set up a tiered process where content is first reviewed by one team (e.g. Client's team ), then passed on to a second level (e.g. CEO) for final approval. Each level could leave feedback or approve before the post moves to the next stage. This would be incredibly helpful for managing monthly content schedules, especially when multiple people need visibility and sign-off at different stages of the process.

  8. Approval workflow for blogs

I'm hoping that you can have this feature. Like in the social media posts, we need to have this approval workflow. The process is the same, content creator will create/write the blogs/articles, then internal review, then we will have the client to review and approve it prior to publishing. Thanks Kimmy

  9. Format for email

When creating content in Publisher, have the ability to format the content for copy and paste to email. This would allow users to use their own email service for sending, in Outlook, Salesforce or other service. This would also create a great solution for those pushing for an email solution directly from ContentStudio (I was one of them).

  10. Whitelabel - Logo Change on Share Links

If I create a share link from a content calendar, it would be really nice if the logo at the top would change to my brand logo, as I'm on the whitelabel plan. The only place my brand is present (as far as I can tell) is on the sub domain, which doesn't really build a full whitelabel experience.

  11. Max File Size & Video Length Updates

I'd like to propose that the max file size and video length limits should be checked for all platforms. Ideally, they should be the maximum possible on any platform. If you could also provide a tooltip somehow about what the specifications are as the “smallest denominator” based on the selected profiles? That'd be amazing, so we can actually create videos for all platforms at the same time. I just ran into this and looked things up: LinkedIn: max file size is supposed to be 5GB (https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a7174587)Instagram: appears to be stuck at 300MB from Meta (https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-platform/instagram-graph-api/reference/ig-user/media/ )Twitter: appears to be about 512MB (https://developer.x.com/en/docs/x-api/v1/media/upload-media/overview )Twitter (Premium): supposed to be able to do 4 hours long videos (but based on my research… that's sadly not yet supported via the API (this makes me very sad)). Any improvements to make it more uniform would be spectacular!

  13. Email Marketing Integrations

The post/blog editor is the ideal place to compose marketing emails/email newsletters. Integration with Mailerlite, Mailchimp, Sendfox, ActiveCampaign etc (to enable you to publish to your ESP directly as part of a campaign for example) would amplify the value of ContentStudio massively.

  14. Hashtags Insights

It would be great if we can see the hashtags insights. For example, which hashtags is actually bringing the reach to that particular post, how many people clicked on the hashtags, etc.
