I have noticed a significant difference in engagement between reels and tiktoks which have a popular music or sound added to it. There is no ability to add these sounds through content studio. At the moment the videos uploaded only contain the audio attached to the video.

It'd be nice to be able to add music to our carousel/ single photo posts on Instragram and Facebook.

I would love to have a a default dashboard date filter for "Last Month" this would be helpful for client reporting. Right now as best I can tell I have to select a custom date. The "last 28 days" doesn't work for me. I would also like the filter to stick when I go between social tools on the analytics dashboard. Intstead i have to reset the filter ever single time i switch social dashboard. Ugh, what a pain.

Option to download a PDF of scheduled content posts to send to external clients who aren't technically savvy

What I do is I create the graphics in Canva first then export it into my other social media calendar program. Publer does this very well. Content Studio doesn't have this feature. They have a Canva button which opens up the Canva editor and nothing more. We still have to take steps to export it out of Canva then upload to CS, which is time consuming. While Publer and Metricool, they simply export it into the media folder and its there. No need to export and import like what I do with CS. Please make a true integration with Canva so we can easily import it into CS's media library.

I really do not want to look at a bright white screen at all hours of the day. This causes me to avoid using the application.

Right now, we can search and select a song. However, we must use that specific frame of the music. In the app, we can move to the right or left and select a better frame. The frames available are never the "peak" of the music.

When retrieving posts via GET /api/v1/workspaces/{workspace_id}/posts, the approval field always returns as an empty array [], even for posts that have an explicit "Approved" or "Rejected" feedback status visible in the UI. I need the API to return the approval/feedback status for each post so I can automate workflows — specifically, checking which agents have had all their scheduled content approved for the month. Expected behavior: The approval field should return the full approval object as shown in your API documentation example: json"approval": { "status": "approved", "approvers": [ { "name": "Jane Doe", "status": "approved" } ] }

It would be great if we could upload a social post template, as a draft post placeholder in the calendar. This would work exactly like notes currently, where you create the note, and are able to set it as a recurring note, and appears as a placeholder in the publisher calendar according to how often you would like. Currently we have created recurring notes in the publisher calendar, with the name of the content pillar or type of content that we are posting for that day, these notes recur throughout the month, according to how often we are posting for that content pillar. I click on the note --> click 'social post' --> and then click templates --> and select the template that matches the title of the note. This works ok, but is an extra couple of unnecessary clicks (and time) that would be removed/saved, if we were able to set social post templates as recurring placeholders in the calendar - and remove the need for any notes. If we were able to set templates as a placeholder, to work exactly in the same way as a note currently does, we could then click on the template placeholder which would open the social post composer using that template, removing the need for notes, and the extra steps of clicking 'create post' and inserting the appropriate template for that post - saving time and reducing the chance of error.
